🎉 New Tonight — The Guest List

📝 The Guest List — RSVP Command Center

Every party has a guest list. Now it has a command center: add your guests, tap their RSVP as replies roll in, and watch the headcount, capacity meter and attendance estimate update live. Nudge the stragglers with one tap, print the tracker for the door, and know exactly how many seats — and how many balloons — your party needs.

Guest List FAQ

100% free, forever, no sign-up, no ads. Your guest list never leaves your browser — it's saved on your own device so it's still there when you come back. The only thing we'd love is a share: tell your guests where the party is, and tag @everlasting.memories25 when the balloons go up.
Every guest with a "Yes" RSVP counts as 1 seat, plus their plus-ones. So a "Yes" with 1 plus-one = 2 seats. Maybes count as half a seat each in the attendance estimate — the classic party math — and "No"s free up their seats. The capacity meter and the "Expect ~N guests" line do all the arithmetic for you.
The meter turns amber at 80% and red at 100% so you see it coming. When you're close to full, it's time for a waitlist — and time to make the room feel bigger: Isabella's arches and backdrops are famous for making packed rooms feel grand, not cramped. Tell her your headcount and she'll design around it.
Balloon decor is priced by the room and the space it needs to fill — a 20-person dinner and a 120-person reception want very different arches, garlands and entrance pieces. A real headcount means a real quote the first time, no back-and-forth. That's why the quote form below quietly includes your numbers.
Yes — hit Print tracker and you'll get a clean RSVP sheet with status checkboxes, plus-one counts, tables and notes. Perfect for the door greeter, the venue coordinator, or the clipboard you'll absolutely lose and find again at midnight.
Plan the full event in 5 minutes with the Party Roadmap, send invites from the Invitation Studio, lock the date on Reserve Your Date, then track every reply here. On the big night, hand guests a Photo Hunt card and let them capture the rest.
