💼 New Tonight — The Launch Pad

The Launch Pad

The site's first corporate-event planner. Pick the mission — product launch, office holiday party, grand opening, team milestone — and Isabella builds the room in your brand colors, installed after hours, priced per guest with the math the CFO actually asks for. Structured garlands, logo walls, and zero glitter in the server room. Same truck, different dress code. 💼

Step 1

Pick the mission

The company occasions Isabella actually decorates — tap one.

Step 2

Set the headcount

Guest count drives table math, build size and the per-guest number.

120XL
Step 3

Choose the install zones

Tap every zone you want — the quote scales to the headcount. Pick at least one.

Step 4

The brand & the tone

Who's signing, and how the brief should sound.

Isabella's tip: the CFO won't ask "why balloons?" if the number is per guest. She prices every zone so the room makes sense to the person who signs the invoice — and so it photographs like it cost three times as much.

Brief Isabella — the invoice comes with a photo wall

Tell her the mission. She'll reply within 24 hours with a written quote and a date hold. Structured garlands in your brand colors, installed after hours, torn down before anyone asks — and the only thing left behind is the photo the CEO posts.

No spam, no pressure — just a human reply from Isabella. Structured garlands are her most-requested 2026 build, and corporate clients are the ones who come back every year. 🤫

      The Launch Pad — FAQ

Does Isabella really do corporate events?

Yes — structured garlands are literally built for "corporate events, product launches, and formal celebrations" (her words on the services page). The Launch Pad is the first tool dedicated to that side of her notebook: same truck as the Smash Hit, but the dress code changes and the balloons match your brand guidelines instead of a nursery theme.

Why is everything priced per guest?

Because that's the number the person signing the invoice understands fastest. A room that totals $3,300 for 120 people reads as "about $28 a head" — cheaper than the catering, and the photo wall outlives the canapés. Isabella itemizes everything in writing within 24 hours anyway; the per-guest figure is just the translation layer between decor and the budget review.

Can you really use our logo?

Yes — logo walls and logo accents are standard, with one rule: send the vector file (AI/SVG/PDF) with a transparent background at least 48 hours ahead. A stretched, pixelated PNG logo is the single thing Isabella won't defend in the group photo. Brand colors get matched in latex within the limits of physics and helium.

When should a company book for the holidays?

Office holiday parties book fastest: December dates are mostly gone by mid-November, and Isabella's rule of thumb is to book by Halloween for December and by early September for November. Product launches and grand openings need 3–4 weeks for the logo approval + design pass. If your date is closer than that, call anyway — her record turnaround is 48 hours.

What if the office has rules about decor?

She's heard them all. Fire marshal clearances, no open flames, HR-approved wording, glitter bans — the office-proof rules above are the real checklist from her corporate installs. She installs after hours, keeps every exit and aisle clear, and leaves the espresso machine exactly where the espresso machine lives.

What goes with a corporate build?

The Party Playlist Studio sets the room's soundtrack, the Golden Hour Booth gives the photo wall a job, the Party Day Timeline schedules the agenda, and the After-Glow writes the client thank-yous. Companies rebook — and when they do, the Refer & Earn credit applies to them too.
